Why have I not received my order confirmation email?

I have a problem with my product, what should I do?
We are sorry there seems to be an issue. Damage or inaccuracies are extremely rare but can happen, so we ask that you check your products over after they have been delivered. In the unlikely event that your product(s) arrive faulty, please contact our Customer Services Team at info@midnightlogistics.co.uk within 48 hours of receiving your product. We are reasonable and will look to rectify the issue for you immediately.
What is the guarantee for your products?
At Midnight Comfort we offer a full 12-month guarantee for all our products. Our guarantee protects your purchase from manufacturing faults and applies to mattresses, upholstered beds, headboards as well all of our other products.

Where are your products made?
All of our products including mattresses, divans, and headboards are handcrafted in our own factory in the heart of West Yorkshire.
Can I return my item after receiving it?
Upon receiving your item, you have 14 days to notify us and we will issue a complete refund as long as the items are unused and unopened. Note that a collection fee will be charged to cover costs. If you wish to return an item, please contact our Customer Service Team at info@midnightlogistics.co.uk for assistance.
Can I use a fabric I have sourced elsewhere for my order?
Yes, we don’t mind using any fabric you provide us with to upholster your new bed or headboard.
Will my mattress fit on all of your beds and divans?
Yes, all of our beds, divans, and mattresses are made in standard UK sizes. For more information take a look at our bed size guides for each bed.
How can I pay?
For your own convenience, we accept the following payment methods:
1 – Credit/debit card
2 – PayPal
3 – Cash on delivery
Are the items you sell compliant with UK regulations?
Yes, all of our beds and mattresses fulfill UK legislations and protocols and comply with the BS7177 UK Fire Regulations. Our items and fabrics are routinely checked for conformity and we only collaborate with accredited and qualified suppliers around the world.
Can I purchase an item with finance?
Yes, we offer finance through Klarna.
You can choose to pay later with Klarna, meaning once your product is dispatched, you’ll have 30 days to pay, and you’ll get a reminder before payment is due.
Another option is to Split your purchase into 3 separate payments. The first installment will be taken from your card when you place your order. The next two remaining payments will be automatically charged 30 and 60 days later. Don’t worry, you’ll get notifications when your payment is due and when it’s collected.
*For both options, there’s zero interest, fees or late-payment charges
Will I be able to postpone the delivery of my product order?
Yes, for your own ease and peace of mind, you can delay your order delivery. To do so, just leave a note in the “comments” section at checkout with your preferred delivery date, and we will plan it accordingly.
Do you charge for delivery?
No, we provide free delivery to mainland UK.
Do you assemble the products?
Unfortunately, we do not offer an assembly service.
